I'm home from vacation and am happy to report that I exercised everday! Some days I spent walking from morning til night. I wish I could report a weight loss, but I gained a lb. Well, I'm not too upset about that because it would have been a lot more if I hadn't been trying to keep track with a food journal... I missed being able to check in at SP; it just helps me to stay focused. Challenges are good; they help us to make ourselves reach beyond where we are. Thanks to all of you who have offered so much inspiration throughout the month of June.

Happy July 1st everyone!
I am on my way out to walk. I plan to walk for 4-5 miles. today is the weekend and I have the time. yay!
I'll let you know how far I went later on today.

Last day of the month and I did weight traiing and walked at the park (4 miles). I can't believe the month went so fast. I lost three pounds this month. Thanks for the challenge it motivated me. Keep up the great work everybody!

My cable was out all day yesterday, YUCK! I walked 3 miles yesterday and I'm on my way out to Curves right now. gotta go!

OK. I haven't posted for a while now. But I have been doing at least 20 minutes every morning. It's just been hard to get on in the morning as my commute is twice as long as before.
Glad to see you all sticking with it.
I'm glad I joined this challenge. 20 minutes doesn't seem like a lot but it's better than the 0 minutes in the am for May.
Great job everyone in making it a habit.

| It's Monday.New week, thank goodness.I walked 3 miles, did 300 crunchies and 6 strength exercises.

| Walked 5 miles this morning at 6:30 am had to get it in before the rain started. Oh, and I lost 2 more pounds...yeah! That's 2 pounds I don't have too lose.

|
|
Today is Sunday and my day of rest. I am only going to workout 6 days a week.
Tomorrow is my First day at Curves. I'm too excited about it! I'll let you know how I do.

The is coming down in sheets.I hope that by tomorrow morning it will have stopped. I did 200 crunchies this morning.I think it;s time to add another 100.Up until about 3 months ago;I did 500 every morning. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

hope everyone had a good day today, I didn't walk today because of the rain. I did , however do heavy house cleaning for 5 hours and burned calories also. Keep upi the great work everyone. 6 days to go for this month.

Today I did my 8 min in the morning Jorge Cruise tape for upper body. I will walk this evening for about 30-45 mins.

Than I START CURVES ON MONDAY!!!! Yippy!! I'm excited about that as you can tell.

| I don't think there are any "rules" per se, but we are trying to get some form of exercise in every morning and posting each day (regardless of whether we worked out or not). It's great incentive for me!

| At 7am I was at the park and walked 4 miles. Then after I got home I did 30 mins weight training. I feel good! Hope I can keep up the momentum another week. I looking for the scale to move at the end of the month. Please, please.

| Hi everyone...I was out of town for a few days and had a sick baby, but we're back on track now. I agree that I'd love to do this again in July. It is a huge incentive for me, and I love my morning routine. I'm getting closer to a 60-minute run and dream of all of the calories I can burn with that kind of workout :)
