I have completed Weds. challenge.
My biggest challenge is weekend eating. We tend to eat out more and the schedule is so loose that I am not monitoring everything I eat.

| My biggest challenge would be late night snacking. I eat dinner pretty early, about 5:30/6 so by 9 I'm hungry again. I don't like eating dinner later. I didn't grow up that way and I can't change it due to my work schedule. I've been better about what I choose for a snack, such as 3/4 cup of dry honey nut cheerios, but I'd like to break that habit period.

ALL-AMERICAN TRIFLE
2 cups cold milk 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling 1 pkg. (13.6 oz.) fat free pound cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 pt. strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups) 1 cup blueberries 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed
POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. PLACE 1/2 of the cake cubes in 3-quart serving bowl; top with 1/2 each of the fruits. Spread pudding mixture over fruit. Repeat layers of cake and fruit. Top with whipped topping. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve I got this recipe from kraftfoods.com Yummy! :o)

| My biggest challenge is mindless night munching - usually on some dried cereal. I've gotten better, but there is still nights I have to stop and think "what the heck am I doing??"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY: 30 MINUTES CARDIO, 50 crunches (25 BASIC AND 25 VERTICAL LEG CRUNCHES), 30 PUSH-UPS, 25 TRICEP KICKBACKS, 5 SERVINGS FRUITS/VEGGIES, AND TAKE 20 MINUTES TO EAT YOUR dinner SLOWLY. Haha, I know you're probably like "What"? at the last part of the challenge but eating slowly really IS one of my biggest challenges... I dunno, I've always tended to be a fast eater. :-p
QUESTION OF THE DAY: What are some of your biggest challenges that you would like to work on and see change?
ANSWER: Eating too fast, like I mentioned above, is a big challenge for me. Also eating too much is a challenge but I've been doing better this month with that. I think if I ate more slowly I would eat less because I would realize I was actually full and maybe stop and say it's okay if I don't finish all of my meal right now. Eating at night is a huge challenge too which I would like to see change.

Good Afteroon Fantastic Challengers!! How is everyone today? I'm doing well. I got in my workout so I'm happy. :) Now I have to get to yesterday's challenge and today's... Great job on yesterday's challenge all! Jess, I'm so sorry you've been sick! Hopefully you're feeling much better today. :-) Being sick can really take a toll on the body...
