hello everyone, i was wondering if any of you that lots to loose would like a little challange to keep us all on our feet. my biggest problem is staying on track because i have no one around to answer to. i was thinking we could take the rest of this week and prepare our stratigies and weigh in on monday morning, and begain our challange. lets see who can shed the most pounds in a 12 week period, we will make it fun and do other small challanges along the way. in the end we will all be winners because we are working towards a healthier happier lifestyle. any takers? any other suggestions?
