Yes we do. I am going to give you a few simple tips to get started. try to put them in to your diet. Each day i would also like u to post what u eat. steps: 1)Don't Drink Soda it all adds up 1 can of regular soda =136 calories. (136 calories)* (365 days)=49,640 calories 3,500 calories= 1 pound 49,640 calories= 14.2 pounds
2) In ur lunch if you pack baby carrots instead of chips that is 12 pounds (in one school year)

| I also end up with too many calories eaten by the end of the day. If you guys plan to challenge each other to stay within our calorie ranges, then I'm in!

| I've starte doing a lot better. I've realized that stuffing myself until I'm way to full has consequences on the scales, waistline, and calorie tracker.
