Ok I'm late recording this week. But better late than never right?
05/24/06 - 198 lbs.
I am offically under 200 lbs which makes me a VERY happy girl. 10 more pounds and I can start to fit into pre-baby fat clothes which is a BIG deal for me. YAY!

Happy Monday!! So even after a fabulous (yes I just said fabulous) Mother's Day weekend I still managed to watch the scale go down! WEEE!
05/08/2006 = 205 lbs. 05/15/2006 = 201 lbs.

| I think weight ins on Mondays would be great. I also like the idea of mini-challanges through out the week as well.

| I'm trying super hard to get a 45 minute walk in 3 times a week. It's good for my baby to get out and get fresh air and it's definately good for my bum. I'm just trying to decide which is better...morning or evening.

i'd like to do this too 10% is about what i need to lose for my first main goal
CW: 175 GW for this challenge: 158
weigh-in on monday works great for me! that's when i weigh in for my other challenges and i only allow myself to weigh-in once a week or i'd drive myself crazy! haha just a suggestion maybe we could have fitness and/or health mini-challenges for the week or for a couple days just to keep us constantly changing and progressing!

i've already lost 6.3 lbs (3 kg) since i started SP on April 16th so this would be lovely :)

SW for challenge: 158.73 lbs GW for challange: 142.86 lbs (or abt 65 kg) GW date: July 3rd pretty damn close to my final goal :) lol

Hey, i would like to join this challenge too. It seems that they work better for me. i would need to lose 23.4 lbs be the end of 8 weeks. are we going to have any specific challenges, weigh ins?

I'm going to start with 10% of my current weight which is 20.6lbs. I figure eight weeks is a healthy amount of time to lose.
May 8th = 206 pounds End goal date: 07/03/2006
Is there anyone else who wants to join me in a 10% weight reduction by that date?
