I'd like to join this challenge. I have a long way to go and hope reporting in will help with motivation. My current weight is @338lb as of June 9. Not sure what my end goal weight should be, although I entered 180lb. When I get down to 170-180lb I plan to get my body fat percentage measured to see how close I am to the normal, healthy range. Hopefully, then I'll have better information to set a reasonable end goal for myself.
Pretty new to SparkPeople. This is my first post, so don't know how it will turn out!

Hi everyone, I know i havent been on in awhile i had a couple weeks of down time and am just starting to get back on track. good news is i havent gained anything back from before. The bad news is i got a new digital scale from weight watchers through air-miles and it put me back up alittle. Also this week im going to try my best to start getting my morning walks back in i think my pup misses her mama walking her lol. Ok guys take care and see yous around the boards. EMMAY

Hi everyone, I would love to join this challenge...it's just what i'm looking for.I had lost 139lbs...but since january I've gained 28lbs of that back....geesh.I'm ready to reach my goal weight this year.I need to lose 64lbs by the end of this year and i'm ready to do it!

I weighed today at the gym after working out and I was down another 4 lbs! I'm going to wait to post next Sunday to see if there is anymore lost, but I was very happy with that number!
I started at 242.5 and the scale said 236 today :)

Hello, I saw the spring biggest losers and was hoping that there would be a new challenge like that. It looked like a lot of fun.
I would love to join. I am from TX. I had my first WI yesterday and lost 5.2 pounds. Does this count for the first week weigh in? I do not really understand how this all works, but I am in anyway. Just tell me where to go to sign up and what I need to do!!
My starting weight is 227. I do not know if I can make my goal by the end of 2006, but I am sure going to give it a good try. This is just the motivation I need.
Congratulations to everyone on their WI! You are all doing so well.
