I sometimes can't get out to walk because of the weather and I don't have equipment in my apartment besides the small dumbells and stretch bands. So I put on some 50's music or some gospel music and dance away it is great exercise. You can swing your arms and legs and know one sees you. My challenge is to dance 15 to 20 minutes each day. I hope you would like to join me. Teddie
