Hey,ive decided to make a challenge on if we eat a certain 'bad' food or have a 'bad' drink we'll do a certain exercise. This could be anything from lollies to alcohol to pizza to fizzy drink etc. Make it your goal to still have something 'bad' but do something good on top of your normal exercising so u can still have the treats u like i.e for me everytime i have a cup of diet coke im going to jog on the spot for 1minute,do 20squats and 20 crunches OR everytime i have chips or cake im gonna hope on my exercise bike for 10mins. Then once we have made our goal of what we're gonna do, come back and let everyone know if u did the exercising when u had that certain food or drink. WHO'S IN???? good luck to everyone. cheers deb
