i used to drink pop everyday, where i work it's unlimited. so it's been very hard to say no. sometimes i still crave it, but when i do, i get a headache so when i'm craving pop i think do i really want a headache and then i don't grab a pop.

I know what you mean. One of the things I am limiting is soda and calories. I tell myself one can a week. But it seems like the next day is the hardest to say no to pop. I got a caleder out just for pop. I will highlight everday I drink pop and see how often I realy do.

hi

i'm going to curves 3x a week, and i try to walk every other day (something i never used to do), i cut out pop all together and cut down on the calories i eat, did good the first 2 weeks, but now i'm starting to get off track.
