This is for Saturday (I got a little behind not being around a computer every second of the day)
1. stretching 10-10: Done/Done 2. laying down fork : hmm didn't need a fork for my lunch and I did for dinner 3. 30 minutes cardio daily: yipppeee got so much raking and shoveling done yesterday 2 hours 4. crunches (50) daily: FAILED 5. 20 push ups daily: FAILED 6. water 96oz: No problem, I think I had way more than that. 7. sleep: hmm maybe 9 hours.... 8. kitchen closing time: kitchen was never opened we ordered out and ate our food in living room while watching a movie...LOL

Just peeking in to see how everyone did. Where is everyone. I went to a pool party this afternoon - in the water for over 3 hours. I walked for 2 hrs this morning. I am drop dead tired again. I would say I got everything in today. I did go over on my calories today - about 1700 but I think I burned them all up being in the water that long - We had back to the fifties music and for a bunch of oldies the party was really jiving. We even had a wet t-shirt contest - No I didn't win, but there is always next year. It was a super fun day for me. Oh yeah, I got 8.5 hrs sleep last nite too.

Looking good everyone:) Hoping for a good weekend, I have a 'traditional passover dinner' tomorrow to attend, I have no idea what it entails other than I know it's several courses. So I'll have a light breakfast and lunch. Today I am planning on the lower end of my range- the last 2 days I was over a bit. Going to the gym soon - wanted to get out biking but it's a rainy day Have a great day everyone:)

LaShawn, it was a hard challenge for me, but I did it. I generally goal for the 64 ounces and then stop or have just one more bottle. I like the idea of drinking more though, so I'm going to try for it every day, like you. We can do it! I was pretty good this week, and I think the fact that I was slacking for a few weeks there contributed to the fact that I lost a few! I am very happy with this, and proud to say that I am only half a lb from losing 10. Yes!

Good Morning All A pool party this afternoon on my ajenda - I signed up for a turkey burger-not sure what else is planned as far as food. I probably will spend the majority of the time in the water bogging my buns to music. I did do all my stretch n bends this morning but then went to a garage sale at church. Have a great weekend all. LaShaun - it is a good challenge. I use to have a heck of a time with water - now thats all I drink. I might have a soda at the pool party today, but drink carbonated beverages hardly ever - they are bad for you. I do like a cup of coffee in the morning - one 16 oz cup - more like two.

LOL Ang, yeah you must be a west coaster too. Noon by PST....3pm by Spark people time, which must be located somewhere in the east! ROFL
I lost .6 and that was a gift. Thank goodness we don't have to round!
I had three bad days, but the first four were kick butt. I'll check back after noon for our next list and challenge! Good luck everyone!

Question for future reference: Is "by noon" Sparkpeople time?
Not anywhere this week. Giving myself a little challenge to post every day to keep myself in check. I'm a bit messed up with the time difference on the board, when I get ready to post at 9pm my time it's 12am the following day. NO EXCUSES though! Just a little kick me up!

Yikes... it's 1:00am... I just got home from having dinner with my friend's friend... okay
Fork:breakfast/lunch Stretch: 10 am H20:8 cups Sleep: 6 Cardio: 40 min + 45 min of a full body weights workout multivit: yep pushups: 20 sit ups: 20 Food was okay... I had a bit more calories than I wanted, but I've been eating so well I still feel fine... also my workout was really intense so I was hungry anyway... see ya tommorrow

Sleep: 7 good hrs then 1 hr still in bed with youngest climbed in and oldests clock radio blaring lol 8. Kitchen closing time:730 9. Multivitamin: yes

Laying down the fork: Breakfast/lunch yes dinner no cardio 50 (elliptical & treadmill) Crunches: 150 Pushups: 18 water: 112 oz Sleep: ouch... only 5.5 hrs could have gotten another 45 if I didnt exercise in the am Kitchen closes: 8:30 Vitamin: no calcium yes I need to pick up a multivitamin strecthing yes but probably not a full 10 each time
I am anticipating weigh in tomorrow. I hope Easter candy didnt hurt too much this week.

LaShaun - no challenge - I drink at least 96 oz every day. I run around with a quart bottle in hand and fill it up 3 times a day - sometimes more. stretch 10-10 am-yes - pm-not yet - going to work on those face muscles. Fork - did well - this morning I was pressed for time, so took a bite, then did 15 strength exercises - worked well alternating both of them. cardio - 190 min 100 walking the rest in the pool. crunches: 90 push-ups: 30 sleep - not good 5.5 hrs water: 96 oz - wrkng on the last 16 Ktchn closed: 6:30 pm
Priny - weigh in tomorrow - u could drop 2 pounds overnight. weigh-in Thursday for me, but going to go weigh in the morning and hope for another 1/4 pound loss.
DeDe - good to hear your feeling better.

Argh! No exercise yet today b/c bug and house inspectors have been here like forever! No excuses, just frustration with current situation. Luckily, the rest of the family left this morning for the weekend, so I am by myself and can run on the treadmill at 3am if I want! Now if only these fellas would stop looking at my house.... kat

Here’s my info from yesterday (for being @ home w/ the kids it wasn’t too bad all the way around) 1. stretching 10&10: I got in the 10 @ night (right before the night STARTED). 2. Laying down the fork: I can’t remember this one till it’s all gone….will try HARDER 3. 30 min. cardio: 35 on treadmill – 5 min walking, then 5 min running (back & fourth, YEAH!!!!) 4. Crunches: 30 of them in before the night started 5. Pushups: 0 6. water: 2 liters 7. Sleep: maybe 5 & NOT GOOD QUALITY sleep 8. Kitchen closing time: 7:00 9. Multivitamin: yes
My kids woke up last night (first crying, then I got her settled down then my little boy threw up). I ended up on the couch/recliner w/ my son all night……NOT FUN!! I didn’t get in all my push-ups/crunches either since I was doing right before my night started….darn it!
I do feel pretty good today esp for not having much sleep!! I’m wearing a pair of jeans I haven’t been able to wear for 5 + months!!! YEAHHH!!!!!

Priny, we will start a new list Sat at noon PST, and new challenges can be issued then.
In our other challenge group, the person who lost the most weight got to issue the challenge. What do you guys think of that? That way we don't have 800 challenges all week, but one BIG one issued by the winner! (And it can include everything we are already doing)
Okay, there's a huge Fat Friday Breakfast in the teacher's lounge. I'm commiting to you guys that I'm not eating ANY of it. I already had two bad days and ate correctly today (after 7 hours sleep!)
