I was doing pretty well since November, but the last 2 weeks have seen some old habits creep back in, so much so I was getting close to giving up and feeling sorry for myself.
Instead I am setting myself a challenge and anyone who wants to join in (11th - 18th April) of ditching literally any sugary items that come my way and NO takeaways (no matter how tempted!)
Need to get back on track.
