Hi Daejah way to go on doing well for the past few days. Maybe when you get hungry you can have some veggies cut up or some fruit that way if you do eat a little more it is good for you, thats what I do and it seems to be working. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey.

I just joined 3 days ago. Did good the past 2 days, now its the weekend and all I can think about is food. The problem is, I'm not hungry. I just don't know why I do this, maybe I'm just bored, I think i'll go have some green tea and do some reading. Does anyone else have this problem??
