Hi, Heather!
Sounds like you have a full schedule. Do you want to start a June 2 challenge? That is 7 weeks. Are you sure you want to do the slimfast thing? Aren't you ravenous when you get home? I'm pretty sure I would eat anything not nailed down come 3PM!lol

I would like to lose 10 lbs by June 2nd. That is my challenge to myself! Are you in?

My Best friend called me yesterday morning and said..."she's getting married on June 2 and I'm to be the Maid of Honour. I have gained back a bunch of weight and every dress I tried on yesterday I felt like I was stuffed into and I hated to look so matronly rather than maidenly. I have to do something fast. Its difficult to get exercise in on a daily basis. I work in a hotel and my most of my days start at 5 am. I go full tilt to three and by the time I get home I'm ready to drop. I'm on my feet the entire time and do not get any breaks or a lunch hour. I'm working by 6:30 am so that means generally standing for 81/2 hours straight. I'm hoping for some evening shifts to start coming my way which would allow me to get exercise in before I go to work, but as it is right now all I have is my two days off a week.

I bought a box of slip fast because in the morning I'm so rushed I'm not eating breakfast I don't eat lunch when I'm working. So I thought I'd try slim fast for breakfast and apple around 10, a slim fast for lunch, and some raw veggies around 3:30 and a balanced dinner for supper.

I'm going to try getting some good insoles for my shoes, perhaps that will leave me in some kind of shape to exercise at the end of the work day.

Oh and I'm also chucking cigs again tomorrow. Its hard to run with a ciggy in your mouth. lol

Please wish me well, I need all the help I can get.
