TODAY THE ONLY walking THAT I DID WAS IN A BUILDING walking AROUND BECUASE I WENT TO AN AUCTION I HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE 10 THIS MORNING UNTIL 5 THIS EVENING THAT IS ALL THE walking I DID IT WAS LIKE WALK AND THEN STOP FOR A WHILE THEN WALK SOME MORE AND STOP IT WAS GOING ON LIKE THAT ALL DAY BUT MONDAY I SHOULD BE BACK ON TRACK

Every extra step helps! 15 minutes is better than nothing. So be proud of your self.

Looking forward to our weigh in on July 02.. We are going to have alot of success stories.

Not everyone success stories will be weight loss! It took me a couple of years to emotionally, get where I could stay on any program. I was told that the love of my life was dead, ( was a lie, but didn't know it at the time!) If went into a deep depression that is when you weight sky rocked up to around 500 pounds. My success story, is taking care of emotional, parts of my life during that 3 year period.

My biggest problem is exercise, I get cramps, do streching, take potasium from my doctor. Drinking my water better than I was for a long while, I believe I am eating healthier.

Right now I am dealing with my daughter being pregant, and her boy friend and his family are pushing her to give up the baby, he tell her he and his family has prayed about the baby and said God want her to give up the baby!

( The real reason is because he doesn't want to pay child support!)
This is my first grand baby, Michelle want this baby!
I want to be stronger and healthier where I can help her.
She is going to be an wonderful mother, she is 22 years old. She has her family supporting her.

TODAY I DID NOT WALK A LOT BECUASE IT IS CHILLY DOWN HERE TODAY BUT I WILL BE IN GOING FOR A WALK TOMORROW ALL I WALKED TODAY WAS ONLY 15 MIN. THAT IS ALL

It is never to late, the challenge is for us. When we start is not important. Your challenge may be just to stay on track... This is to challenge our self, it is not a contest! with each other!
Good Morning everyone! Hope everyone is looking forward to weight in on Sunday or Monday

Some of us will turtle, may be because, they have been exercising and buliding muscles! REPLACING FAT WITH MUSCLE.

SOME PEOPLE LOSE EASIER THAN OTHERS! SO DON'T GET DISCOURAGED! IT IS OUR END RESULTS THAT IS GOING TO MAKE US PROUDE.... REACHING GOAL WEIGHT, ... WE WILL IF WE DON'T GIVE UP AND QUITE!

BE A WINNER! NOT A QUITER! LET'S ALL GO FOR IT!___

I walked 2 miles today and weighed in at my Tops club (down 2 pounds since last Wed.).

I put in 30 minutes yesterday of walking. I went around the trail court with my walker. I hope to get more in today. The sun is shining again here in Vanc. WA.

I counted most of the time I walked. I put in 6 hours total this week. That is shopping with my daughter to. I just add the exercise time plus the mall.

I love to walk. Walk 30 minutes a day. In nicer weather 60 min. to 120 min.

I want to work on keeping track of my time walking.
Also the pounds I loss. I want to work on 1/2 to 1 pound a week.

We are pledging, minutes walked for March 26 th. July 02, 2006 For the 4th of July

Pledge pounds lost per week. For 15 weeks.

We will be supporting each other, But not competing against each other.
I changed my pledge two pound per week.

Aunt Bee , at least not this time.

I challenge everyone not to have seconds! Measure your food level..
