Hi I am Trish and I am just starting this program today. My challenge to myself is to lose 10 pound in 5 weeks (well that is the first challenge I have for myself anyway lol). I want to be able to play ball with my 4 year old son and I just don't have the energy at the moment so that is my motivating factor.
