I never ever had breakfast when I first came here....now I finally feel like I'm in the habit!

I challenged myself to have breakfast every day and so far have missed only 3 days! (all of those weekend days!!)

Weekends are really hard, as on a Saturday, I literally get out of bed and straight on with all the things I do and I don't get home til nearly 12 (my cut off is 11.30) and Sundays I don't feel like surfacing let alone eating til late!!

I have combatted this by having in some breakfast bars for the weekends. Far from ideal, I know....they are loaded with sugars! But I am eating a breakfast at breakfast time....that's gotta be good!

I am pretty sure there is a new member breakfast challenge here somewhere...take a look and sign up for that...the accountability of having to check in somewhere really helps!

I'm I the only one that finds breakfast a hard thing to do? I just want my coffe and I'm goog till lunch.
