Hi Everyone,
I would like to start a fat challenge along with a fibre challenge. There is no end date as this is a healthy lifestyle change!! The fibre intake should be a minium of 25 grams. Fat intake should be less than 30% of your caloric intake and saturated fat intake should be less than 10% of your caloric intake. This is based on the Heart Association's recommendations.
This can be tracked by changing your diet goals and adding fibre and saturated fat to the list of what you are currently tracking.
Here are recommended amounts of total fat and saturated fat in grams.
