How do I get on a team? (newbie)

You have to post on the main biggest loser Thread with your email address. CruisePuppy will then put you in the next available slot on one of the teams based on people who get dropped. You may not get on the Cranberry team though if they have no openings. That would be up to CruisePuppy on where she puts you.
