Hello, I was on the BLC site and someone mentioned this place. I checked it out yesterday and really love it. I like being in charge of my own food. I am finding it really difficult to eat all the food i am supposed to be eating.
Would love to find some one nearby here in the UP to diet with and for support. Or even work out together.
I am female, 261 pounds, short term goals 199 by my 55th birthday in October.
Long term I would like to get down to 150, see how i look/feel and then keep going down to 120! OMG, I weighd that when I got married 36 years ago. I have not seen it since.
I am totally motivated and my husband is doing this diet with me.
