Jules,
This program is set up to help you safely lose 1/2-2 lbs per week, so I would say you're still on track. You might also want to take your measurements, because sometimes you'll see a loss of inches (if you're building muscle), but the scale might not change as much.
Are you weight training? Are you tracking all of your food and staying in your recommended calorie range? That's also going to be a big factor in your progress.
