Jules,

This program is set up to help you safely lose 1/2-2 lbs per week, so I would say you're still on track. You might also want to take your measurements, because sometimes you'll see a loss of inches (if you're building muscle), but the scale might not change as much.

Are you weight training? Are you tracking all of your food and staying in your recommended calorie range? That's also going to be a big factor in your progress.

I just recently joined sparkpeople on 1/1/06 and I have been running 2-2.5 miles per day and also using a workout video. I have only lost 4 lbs and am getting a little discouraged. Is the reason that I am not loosing very much weight because I am gaining muscle or am I not working hard enough?
