I except, and as for you.. try to exceed your weight loss goal by two pounds and in your log or food journal for one week write down a motivation of yours and do a five minute excercise for each one example MONDAY MOTIVATION:make myself feel good EXCERCISE:do some CRUCHES AND SIT UPS!

Just log em in each day and see how quick you get there a not a race just a way of keeping track.
