Sandra, thanks for the recaps all this time and thanks to all for the constant support (even when I have been MIA so long since working again!!).

Down a little to 197.6

Things are getting rough with work and home, but I am still trying to keep losing. My pounds are not where they were before, but I lost more inches this month, so that feels good!

Phew Tina!!!!! Glad you signed in. As of the last time I checked in last night, we were actually showing a gain as a team. Not how I wanted to end the challenge

You brought us back into the negatives... yea!!!

Jaki, I was THRILLED to see your loss the last week of this challenge. You deserved it... man oh man... you deserved it.

Jaki and Tina are our biggest losers with 5 lbs each
We had 5 losers this week and 14 losers over the entire challenge
Over the entire challenge, 4 of us lost over 10 lbs... Our overall biggest loser is Renee(RCOWART) with -18 lbs and NO gains reported... ever. Followed closely by NY2TX with a 15.5 lb loss and only one gain reported the entire challenge. Peg (HORSENUT) lost 12.6 lbs and she joined the challenge late! And CherylAnne lost 11 lbs. Congratulations to all our "decade" losers!

This last report is bitter-sweet to me. I'm sorry to see the end of the meltdown, but SO GLAD the winter months are behind me and I can look forward to the Spring Fling. I'll start gardening and running more and my cardio will go up big-time. I lost 6 lbs in the Winter Meltdown and am hoping to do the same with the Spring Fling even with the reduced length of time.

Hi everyone! I'm glad there's one more weigh in here because.......(drumroll) I also lost 5 pounds! 140 last week to a beautiful 135 this morning! SIGH! I needed this. Perks me up again.

If anyone didn't get to the new thread my MRI so far was normal. I have another one Thursday for my lower back. We'll find an answer to the leg problem yet.

I couldn't quite make it to the end of the Winter Challenge with a consistent weight loss. Too much St. Patrick's Day partying this weekend and I'm up 2 lbs. Today I'm back on track and I've stayed within my calorie limit, drank 8 glasses of water and exercised to an old Richard Simmons tape. On to the Spring Challenge. I'm looking forward to it.

Of course TOM is this week, but maybe it means I will finally see a loss again NEXT week lol.

Up to 198.2 ... I believe that is + .3 for me. Not as bad as I expected, but still not the direction I want to be going in =)

I hope you have all been well. I have the best intentions of checking up with things here all week and then I get sidetracked, swamped or simply go to bed lol.

After a week of from work, and plenty of people visiting me from out of town, I am happy to report no gain or loss for the week. I am still at 178.5, but it is good to know that even though I was "out of routine" I could still stick with the program.

I took the week to focus on my workouts. I fianlly had a week where I could visit and try new classes at the gym, really spend time doing my full out workout, and making great friends to keep me accountable to the place. With no worries about where I needed to be and how will traffic mess up my time table, I spent hours up at the gym!! I was even asked if I would like to become an instructor for a water class. It would be something different for me, and aerobics instructor. Something to think about.

I am not sure why...but my weight is up to 159.0. That is a gain of 1.3 for me. I exercised for about 110 minutes yesterday and my water was up to 10 cups. I did have a high sodium weekend so maybe it is just water. Anyway, I will check it again this evening and if it is less I will post then.

Hi all!

No loss, no gain for me this week, which I think is great. I ate very poorly the first half of the week, then really kicked in the eating well, exercise, and water the second week. I know I'm building muscle (boy, can I feel it!), so I'm okay with it.

Where is everyone today???

I almost timid in announcing that 5# loss after weeks and weeks of gains. But I have literally worked my buns off for those pounds! I've been walking four miles 5 days a week and staying close to the 1200 calorie range.

I think after all these pregnancies, my body just don't want to let go of the fat!! But with this regime, it doesn't have a choice but to let go!!

Way to go on the losses everyone! 5 pounds Jacki WOW congrats!

Well I don't have as great news. I am up 1.5 pounds, My two pound loss last week is almost gone :( Very sad. Not that I don't know why. I ate a lot more this week, I was kind of psyched out by my body gem session. I won't let that happen again.

Don't worry Linda that kind of weight will be gone next week. We all go through that.

ok this is really depressing for me I have gained I am now at 193. my only explaination is i am on day 3 of TOM and I am extremely hormonal and bloated and just feeling like crap. The cramping is so bad this time around and my mood swings are quite severe. sorry for the gain but next week weigh in will be a good one.

Onward to the Spring Fling!

I'd like to revise my weight loss. For the past few days, the scales showed a 5# loss. This morning, I woke up feeling bloated and like I was retaining fluid. After my normal walk & water, I, again, am showing the 5# loss!! I really think this is my acurate weight loss since it's been here for a couple of days now.

So put me down for one less, please!!!

It's about time!!!!

I have a loss of 4 pounds!! It's been slow going and I about lost my mind with all the exercise and tracking food the past couple of weeks without a loss. But today, it shows on the scales. I am one happy camper!!

Well... I think I've lost over 2 lbs since the last weigh-in but the scale only said -1.5 lbs this morning. That's ok. I'll take it! I think my body was dehydrated from the stomach flu and held onto all that water I drank yesterday. That's ok... I can give 1.5 lbs to the Winter Meltdown and then shed the rest of this water weight (and hopefully some "real weight" for the Spring Fling next week!

Final weigh-in 159 lbs. Down 1.5 week to week.

Sorry I disappeared for a day. I got that 24 hour stomach flu that has been going around. couldn't eat or drink anything all day sunday. i lost a lot of weight, but i know it was water weight. this morning i felt like a dried-up prune. i've been drinking water and gatoraide all day to re-hydrate. I thought about skimping on the water and taking advantage of the water loss for the final weigh-in and then I realized how stupid that was! I ate and drank today to replenish my body, but I'm still hoping for a nice loss tomorrow... a REAL loss!

Today is the first day of our spring break and one of my youngun's just told me his stomache is hurting! Oh no!!!

Wow, can you all believe how time has flown by? The winter meltdown will be over and we will be starting the Spring Fling ba-by!!! (in my Dick Vitale voice, sorry a little March Madness going on over here. LOL).
