Hi Melanie

That's really great... good for you!

I use to think the same thing, but now I realize the benefits of just having my heart rate up, but not to the point where I feel like I'm going to keel over. It's helped me develop my endurance so much more!

Hey everyone! I'm on my 2nd week at SP and have lost 3 pounds already! It really is such a good feeling! Anyway, I had a question...walking is one of the cardio exercises I do, usually a few times a week. But I'm unsure how far to "push" myself doing it. I usually walk for about an hour, and my heart rate is definitely up, but I don't really feel winded. I guess I might be under the false impression that you have to be sweating and panting during cardio for it to be helping you shed pounds. How does this compare to what others do?

Thanks!
Melanie
