Hi everyone!

Today I went to the gym at lunch.

I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the treadmill.

Left: 400 (and lost another pound!)

Hey, Debi!

Just read your post about the Slim in 6 program ...
This is my first week using the exercise DVD's and for me - it's quite a workout! I'm not in the best of shape and had not been exercising much at all prior to these tapes (other than on the treadmill). So for me ... it's tough, but it feels GREAT!!!

As for the man who says his family can eat on the plan. I guess that depends on how you are accustomed to eating. I have a lot of things that I need to change in my eating habits! I love everything BAD for me! I NEVER eat enough fruits or veggies. The Slim in 6 eating plan is made up mostly of veggies, so if you do well with them, you'd do fine. I have not been following their eating plan. I am still following my Spark plan and entering my foods each day here on the food tracker.

I'll keep everyone posted on my results with the Slim in 6! I'm sure you'd get much faster/better results by following the exercise AND their diet plan! Sorry about my lengthy answer but feel free to ask any questions that you have about it. Oh, yeah ... the tape is made up of lots of "lunges", "squats", and "crunches"!!! Everybody's favorites, right?!?!

I went swimming for 90 minutes this evening. It was great. I even raced my oldest son a few times.

Shelly and Daneene I saw a commercial yesterday morning on Slim in 6. How does the program work. What about the food, one man said that his family could eat the diet plan also.

Hey everyone. Did 90 minutes of lap swimming today. It was good to get in the pool. Part of the time, my 9 year olds were hanging or sitting on my legs while I swam. It was a good workout.

225 minutes down 1025 minutes to go.

Keep up the good work ladies. Looks like everyone is on the right track.

Had a follow up on my eye today. It's getting better. I am still restricted from a lot of my workout activities but I can start lap swimming again. My next follow up is Tuesday.

I did do 40 minutes on my elliptical today and then did 20 minutes of core exercise and some resistance band training. 135 minutes down 1115 minutes to go.

I should be able to get to the gym and swim tommorrow morning.
