| I was away on a business trip, did pretty good with packing my own lunch till the second last day. Had a club sandwich with fries, coleslaw, Peanut Butter cookie. I had at least 3 BIG Peanut Butter cookies while I was there. Then this weekend not feeling too good (sick not emotional) I snacked too much on trail mix, granola bars and popcorn. Didn't exercise enough and gained 2 pounds.

| I have been so bad the last week and a half while I was on vacation -- but, I am back and ready to get on track again...I walked a ton while I was away but ate a ton and a half (and drank more wine than water!) The effects are real, though, I am a total wreck and caught a head cold so, I am more than eager to get healthy again...

Well, I've been overindulging a lot lately. I guess I just haven't been focussed on the diet. So I'll only admit last night's indiscretion and start a new page today!
Had a wonderful strawberry cheesecake and 3 glasses of wine with dinner. It was good, but I need to avoid desserts!

| Well I didn't lose any but also didn't gain. I am still at 127 Still trying for 115

| I went overboard, but not as bad as I use to. We went to an all you can eat seafood buffet for supper last night. I went over, but I only ate about 1/2 of what I use to eat when we went there.

| I really went overboard tonight. Hubby and I celebrated 42 years of marriage at a restaurant; ate a big plate of pasta with grilled chicken and Alfredo sauce, garlic bread, and salad; also had a small amount of prime rib. Fill like a stuffed turkey now.I will get back on track tomorrow.

This has been a bad week. It seems like I have really gone overboard on the food. I hope it doesn't show to much damage on the scales tomorrow
| I had a whopper meal yesterday instead of a better choice of food.
| I worked surveillance last night from midnight until 6:30am this morning and I ate junk food to stay awake, which has now thrown me way over on my calories for today.
| I had two days that I over binged. And it does show up on the scales. but I will try to get back on track the rest of the week.
| I had my binge-y meal for the week -- dunno why I have one meal every week like this but, it is a definite pattern...Although, now that I am aware of it, the binge wasn't as bad as it could have been
| I was upset and angry yesterday evening and ended up binging for two hours on stuff I shouldn't have eaten (chips, pasta, garlic bread, candy). I don't even keep this stuff around - but the grocery store was close.

| I had a dessert fondue on saturday, i didn't hold back at all. Caramel and chocolate to dip into, donuts, cookies and popcorn balls to dip. I also had a potluck on Sunday, I didn't eat even a full plate full but i'm sure if i counted the calories (which i don't want to do) it wouldn't have been good, plus a piece of pie that i made that day too! Argh. But a setback isn't a wall its hurdle and you can keep going! I've been back on track Monday and today so i'm not off the horse, i just slipped over to the side for a moment.

| I ate way to much during our camping trip this past weekend. I did stay away from most of the sweets; had to have a piece of apple pie and a piece of Peanut Butter fudge. Back on track yesterday and today.

Sunday was a setback for me. It was my grandson's birthday and I went way over on the . I ate a piece of cake and then I ate a bunch of just the icing. My taste buds just would not stop.

I had a rough day today (teenagers, need I say more). To make myself feel better, I had an extra piece of pizza for dinner. I regretted it immediately. I didn't need it either - but I wanted it real bad. I thought it would make me feel better - but it didn't (of course) - especially after I posted it and understood the impact on my calories for the day.

Good idea, LHINES! I ate the biggest plate of Mexican food earlier this week -- I have a weakness for chile rellenos and margaritas -- I felt like poo the next morning and regretted it for the whole next day -- I couldn't even do the lifestyle scale 'cos I was so far over my caloric limit -- the saddest part was that I had already had a reasonable dinner and just went out to eat with friends to be social -- I could've just hung out or shared an entree instead I went nuts...and ate a half basket of chips, too...my tummy was so not feeling good the next day... I have begun to see a pattern, though, every week I have one binge-y meal so, I hope this reverse challenge will help me get over that....

I knew we were having a celebration at work with cake, and yet an hour before that, I go to the vending machine and get animal crackers. 250 wasted calories! Because, of course, I ate the whole bag! And then had a piece of cake! Went over my range for the day because of either one of those!

I did great all day until about 5:30pm when I went to the grocery store for milk and I bought a king size reese Peanut Butter cup and a bag of peanut M&M and ate them both. I was at the high end of my calorie range, but the point is that my calories came from the wrong things. made me do it.

I did really well yesterday, ate good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ran in before dinner (50 mins!). All great. Then after dinner, the waiter (who knows us well - we go there all the time) brings out a piece of apple pie, even though we didn't ask for it. He knows my husband and does this a lot. And I couldn't resist. I thought I could take one bite and quit, but no, I had to keep eating. Only ate half - split with my husband. At least I didn't get ice cream with it!
But I did so well the rest of the day that my calories were well within range!

I ate all wrong for supper last night and I am today with water weight. I had fried catfish, ff, salad, hushpuppies. Now I will have to drink a gallon of water today.

I didn't resist the popcorn yesterday. We have a popcorn machine at work and someone made fresh popcorn. But I did limit it to a smaller bowl than normal, and I think it is better than getting chips or cookies. Wish I could avoid those late afternoon munchie cravings at work! Much better when I work at home - no junk food to attack!

| I regret that I ate within my calorie range but it was 71.9% of my calories were nothing but carbs. I just did not eat the right things. It was like two pieces of WW chocolate cake, popcorn, junk food. Actually I was 100 calories under my range, so I didn't even do that right.

I had been wanting Chinese food from my favorite resturant. I had it for lunch today and it is like I can still taste the fat on my lips. I ate a salad for supper, but I regret eating that Chinese for lunch. It did not even taste that good anymore. Donna

This is sort of a reverse "challenge", because the idea is to not post too often.
Post here any "setbacks" you have - things you ate that you wished you hadn't, not meeting your exercise goals, etc. My thought is that by admitting it to the SP team, and admitting that it was "bad", maybe we can avoid doing it again? A bit of reverse psychology? Anyone want to join me?
Ate two pieces of bread with dinner last night - really didn't need either one!
