| You can enter your own foods and keep them in your favorits. The link to that is just an underlined red set of words...think it is something like 'enter food not listed' or something like that! Then you can list things in your favorites that you know you eat regularly! Also, if the * is by it, then you know that it was spark user entered! And the tracker does round up on the calories as well if it is a .5 or such. Hope this helps!
