You can post questions in the Diet message board. That is the place where we discuss food and good substitutions. You can set the diet up so that you don't lose any weight. Just keep your weight the same in the set up. At the end of the day, try the lifestyle caluclator. That helped me clean up my diet when I started. Spark teams are another options. There are teams for just about any interest.

Hello! I am 5'6", weigh 108lbs and am very small boned (4 1/2 inch circ. wrist)
I am not wanting to lose weight so much as eat better and tone up a bit.
I was wondering if this would be the place to ask about and discuss what I eat each day.
