I agree with the mini goals. Take 10% of the weight you have to lose for example and reward yourself for every 10% you lost. Make the rewards fun ones, like for example new workout shoes, workout clothes, a trip to the movie theater, a new book, new clothes, a manicure and/or pedicure. And even when you have a bad day and used up all your calories for the day by the time lunch rolls around, never forget, this is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change and you can do this!!
