TO lose size, Cardio is the key. Also be very aware of what you eat. Stay in your calorie range.
To build strength and keep the muscle you have, try Pilates, the ab video in the Resource Center, or the exercises in the Resource Center.

Unfortunately for us there is no exercise that will spot reduce. From everything I've read the only help is to lose weight overall and make sure you are getting enough cardio and strength training.

I'm getting too big around the middle. Ladies, you know what I mean... Anyone know a good exercise to help with this problem?
