Take the Fast Break stage to find out how much you're eating, what you're eating and become aware of it. If you want to, you can use the meal planner for comparison. Once you're aware of what you've been doing wrong all those years, it will be much easier to change your habits. Then you're ready for Stage 2, start tracking your calories, make changes to your foods and start excercising. Good luck to you!

L,
Welcome to the site! The Fast Break is designed to help you start slowly, so that you focus on just those goals for the first few weeks. Some people like to start tracking right away, but you don't have to. I'd recommend doing what works best for you and waiting to track until Stage 2 if that's what you need.
Hope that helps,
Coach Jen

Hi everyone
I just signed up yesterday and I'm a bit confused about Fast Break. Are you just meant to focus on achieving your three goals each day, and pretty much ignore nutrition tracking and exercise and stuff?
I like the fact that I have just three things to do each day, it seems very manageable. If that's meant to be on top of keeping a close eye on food and stuff as well it's going to be more challenging!
