| I have two kids, 5 & 7. My 7y.o. is at the point of being really helpful in the kitchen and around the house. Teaching her how to make healthy meals keeps me going in the evenings.

i am a working mother of a 19 month old little boy. I work full time and as a nurse I often put in long hours and overtime. I do spend lots of quality time with my son though and I dont regret working. sometimes i do wish i could not work os many hours though but that is not financially possible for us.
My hardest thing to manage with being a workign mother and trying to lose weight is finding the time to cook a healthy meal instead of getting fast food when I am exhausted. Also finding time to exercise. It is the last thing I want to do after working a 12 hr shift

Hello, I'm also a working mom. I have to DD's and a wonderful DH. My oldest child is a BIG help with the little one and that's really helpful to me. I agree working parents have a lot to juggle. I also am a part-time student so I am quite busy and thank GOD for any down time I get

As a Working Mom of three and married to my wonderful hubby. I find it really challenging to juggle family, work and home. And I know that time is very essential, especially if you’re a working parent. I also know patience is a virtual. But you know what, I don’t regret it. I know time for family can be limited and what not. But that time is cherished no matter how challenging it can be. I think that all working parents need to be appraised for the effort they put to balance their life around their family. And also let me add the time you put to lose the wgt and eat right. Congrats!!!! My two cents.
