Thanks for your comments but I do support the local women's and children's shelter, and I have since I had to use their services 8 years ago.

Violence against children happens everyday, why should we censor it out of TV. Why not make the world aware of it, use it as a chance to educate our children about it, start a conversation, teach them that it is not right and to tell someone if it happens to them or someone they know.

Obviously I will not be joining in on the protest, I think we are too censored as it is, and while I hate to see a child in pain, or suffering, I know the way the world is, and taking it off the TV or out of movies doesn't make it stop, why not put your time and energy into helping a woman and children's shelter, worry about the real world and not the one made up on TV.

Just had to say my piece, no bad intentions meant, at least your heart is in the right place. Take Care.

I hope all of you are as sick as I am of seeing ads for movies showing violence against children. I only watch Denise Austin on Lifetime TV and the ads during that time make me sick. Please let them know:
