me too! i have been working really hard for the past 3 mos and now i'm down to the final 10! ( the hardest 10 may i add) good luck and stay encouraged!

| well i just want to say that im with you on this i have about 20 out of the 60 pounds i gained while i was pregnant to lose and its been really hard but i know we can do it. MAY WE ALL BE BIG LOSERS!! LOL

Anything will work, just get out and start walking.
Crunches really help too. I do anything by Denise Austin. She's easy and you see results.
I've heard turbo jam is pretty good too, but I've never tried it.

Hello, I was wondering if any one has found some good exercises that aim towards belly troubles. With having my daughter i am starting to lost the weight I gained. But I am having trouble getting my flat stomach back. Does any one have any good exercises or recommendations for losing it.
