| I have found it amazing at how motivating those SparkPoints are. It is such a small thing but I love doing the stuff that gets me extra points. Whoever developed that concept certainly knew what they were doing concerning motivation!

April 26--I will have been at Spark one year. And yes, the time has flown by. It doesn't seem that long ago. Before Spark, when trying to lose weight I was always so impatient. But learning how to eat healthy and learning that exercise can be fun and beneficial has just made that year "fly by". I've learned it's not about how quickly the weight comes off but the good habits that you form because it is not a one-time "diet" it is a way of life.

On my 31st day today, time hasn't flow by but sure has been easier knowing there are other people in the same boat as me. Yay Sparkspeople!!!

| Every 30 days that you are with Spark you get 25 points so it could be that when you logged in you got your points for the spin, but you also got points for being with Spark 30 days.

One time I got to get my log in points, TWICE!! So I think the glitches do happen, sometimes. At least it seems to be to our benefit!

| I logged on this am with 972 SP points. I "spun" the wheel to get my log in points and got 1 point. But when the SP Point reconfigured I had 1,000 points. I some how got 27 points without doing anything. Has this happened to anyone before?
