| yeah im in the uk so i convert mine from stones to pounds, i just wondered as i saw some people who seemed to want to weigh 3 stone which is about 42 pounds, and i thought it must have been wrong, so they must have been using kilos, i just wanted to double check thanks very much x

I use pounds on my ticker because I find it easier to relate to, even thou being English I have to convert it from stones & pounds.

| I list my weight in kg, simply because that's what I grew up with although I now live in a country where people use the imperial system. I just cannot seem to get comfortable with it.

| I think it depends on where you live -- in the US we use pounds. Use whatever you're familiar/ comfortable with.

we use the metric system and i'm used to it, but i can covert to imperial. however, i keep my ticker in kg cause i know how to estimate by weigh loss related to time ;)
