I'm currently taking Vitamin C and Calcium, but once the Vitamn C is gone (about a week), I'll switch over to a multi. I need other vitamins more than I need the C.

Thanks for the imput! I was thinking about starting some sort of multi-vitamin and vitamin C. I just hope I can remember to take it every day!

I don't, but I'm thinking I need to take calcium and iron. Maybe just a good muti if I could remember to take it.

I take a multi my self plus calcium and fish oil(Omega-3) one thing you say is you drink lots of milk well while trying to lose weight I would keep that to 3 servings a day if I could and eat as many serving of fruit and veggys as I could too they are filling low in calories and have lots of fiber and as everyone here will tell you, you got to drink, drink, drink that water it's also very filling and helps you shed them unwanted pounds too.

I take the One A Day Essential Multivitamin, as well as a separate calcium supplement (I just can't stand milk and thus have trouble getting in enough on a daily basis).

Hi everyone! I just joined today and I think that this is a GREAT community. I've tried (and failed) at tons of diets and I'm hoping Sparkpeople will do the trick. So on to my question...

Do you take vitamins? If so, what do you take?

My mom has always suggested that I take vitamins because I don't get in all my fruits and veggies everyday. So I was just kind of wondering what I should be taking. I drink lots of milk, so I don't think calcium is a problem...
