Wow! You are so busy I am surprised you find time to eat let alone exercise. I onder if you could fit more exercise doing things with the kids on your days off aswell as exercising at home so that you don't feel you have to go to the gym twice a week.

Hello!! Its insane how busy the modern mum is!! I too am on the go from 0530 every morning and fall into bed most nites after my girls are asleep to exhausted to even think about exercise...however, something that has absolutely been brilliant is this 8 min tae bo workout video i got from a garage sale, it seriously is awesome!! The website on the tape is www.taebo.com Have a glance, it has made fitting exercise into my day doable!! Good luck! :)

Well, I see you have the same schedule as the rest of the world. Get organized first. Get a planner and jot down your entire work week. Although you may feel guilty about being away from your kids those two nights, see it as progression for you. Mon, Wed, Fri...with all that you have going on in your life, take some time out for YOU for 30-60 min. Read, go for a walk, do some exercises from SP. Get the boyfriend to help out if he doesn't already.

HI,
I am looking for some advice on how to fit working, going to school full time and having kids, may as well be married into a schedule with working out. I can manage the work, school, kids and boyfriend since we live together. I am just having a huge issue with trying to find time to go to the gym. I get up and have to get ready for work and I work till 6pm. I go to scool tue and thurs 5:30-11pm.When I get home from work I feel guilty about leaving since I am gone the two nights a week and I have homework to do when they go to bed. I just can't seem to make it work unless I get up at 4:30 and be at the gym when it opens in the morning and get home before they get out of bed so I can get them ready.
