I've heard that soft, easy to digest foods are good for "comfort." Things like yogart, bananas, apple sauce, soft-shell tortillas, etc. Good nutrition is key--a multivitamin might help, too. There are several good books like "eating right with a bad gut" and similar titles.

I was wondering what are some good things to eat for an 8 year old with chrones disease? Any ideas?
