Dade, make a commitment to just one thing: Eat healthy, excercise and drink water. Forget about low-carb, high protein or everything else, you may have followed in the past. Here's your plan: Eat at least 5 servings of fruit/vegetables a day, eat 3 dairy products, stay within the calorie, protein, carb and fat ranges that Spark has provided you with. Excercise the amount you commited to when you signed up. Make sure you switch it up, too. And drink at least 8 cups of water. Whether you really need to drink 8 cups of water a day or not, it helps you curb your appetite.

I signed up a month ago but just like I've done in the past I didn't get past a week before I was back to the bad habits. I'm going to start over again but I like the meal plans on another sight. I find myself trying to follow different programs and then dropping them all. Am I the only one who has this trouble? Any hints to get me to STICK to Anything would be helpful. Thanks, DADE
