| Something that Coach Dean didn't tell you is you can opt not to use their planned meals at all you can do your own meals and keep in mind they need to be made up of what you should eat for that meal ...like oh say.. 2 servings carbs 1 serv. dairy 2 serv. vegetables 1 serv. fat and one serv. protein if you do use this option just click on don't show meals and just add what you have eaten. Be sure to stay in your calorie range if you chose this option too.

I doubt that was intentional--must have been some sort of glitch. You can click on the change button to the right of each meal and choose from a number of other meals, if you want to.

| Good question. I don't know. I am still learning the site myself and I have been entering my own meals. I forget how I did that though.

I noticed on my meal plan that is planned out for me there are 2 different meals that are listed as dinner 2 days in a row. WHy would they plan the same dinner 2 days in a row?
