One of my favorite (not so healthy) desserts is kaluha cake - without the kaluha. It has four basic ingredients.
1)Bake a chocolate cake in whatever size pan you have. I haven't tried the diet soda cake yet, but I'm sure that would work for this.
2)Crumble half the cake into a large bowl (punch bowls work well).
3)Mix up two things of Instant Chocolate pudding (Sugar Free to be healthier). Pour half of pudding over crumbled cake.
4)Spread one tub of cool whip over pudding/cake mixture (again, you can make a healthier substitution)
5)Top mixture with half a package of crumbled butterfingers (or Heath bars, pb cups, s/f candy, etc.)
Repeat steps 2-5 with remaining cake, pudding, second tub of cool whip and candy.
I'm pretty sure even using low-fat/sugar-free and skipping the alcohol it's not considered close to healthy, but it sure is yummy!

How about a fabulously dense chocolate cake? Nigella Lawson has a recipe for one called Quadruple Chocolate Loaf Cake that should be illegal it is so good.
*runs to look for it*
(Her recipes are English, so measurements are in weight...hope you have a kitchen scale!)
For the Cake 200g plain flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 50g cocoa 275g caster sugar 175g unsalted butter 2 eggs 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 80mL sour cream 125mL boiling water 175g dark chocolate chips
For the Syrup 1 tsp. cocoa 125mL water 100g caster sugar 25g dark chocolate (from a thick chocolate bar)
Preheat oven to 350F, putting in a baking sheet as you do, and line a loaf tin (21x11cm) with baking parchment. Put the flour, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and sour cream into the food processor and blitz till a smooth, satiny brown batter. Scrape down with a spatula and process again while pouring the boiling water down the funnel. Switch it off, remove lid and blade, then stir in the chocolate chips. Scrape and pour this beautiful batter into the prepared loaf tin and slide into the oven, cooking for about an hour. When it's ready, the loaf will be risen and split down the middle...but your cake skewer may come out a bit sticky, as this is a very damp cake...this is a good thing. When the cake has had about 45 minutes of baking, put the syrup ingredients of cocoa, water, and sugar into a small saucepan and boil hard for 5 minutes or more, until it reduces into a dark, smokey, chocolatey syrup. Take cake out of oven and set on cooling rack and still in it's pan, pierce here and there with a skewer. Then pour the syrup as evenly as possible, which is not very, over the surface of the cake. It will run to the sides of the pan, but some will absorb in the middle. Once the cake is completely cold, remove from pan and remove the parchment. Sit on oblong plate. Now take bar of chocolate and cut with a very sharp knife so that it splinters and flakes and falls in slices of varying thickness and thinness. Scatter these pieces all over the surface of the cake. (from "Feast" by Nigella Lawson)
This cake is incredible, easy to make, totally impressive in flavor if not appearance, and if you serve it with fresh strawberries, everyone will die and go to heaven!
