Wile losing weight, you're guaranteed to lose muscle as well. However, the muscle you lose is muscles that wouldn't generally be equated to strength. The muscle you lose tends to be the muscle that is required to support the actual weight of your body. As you lose fat, this muscle is no longer needed to support all the fat.
Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be pleasantly surprised when you're "done".

Anybody having the same problem I have lost 40lbs and I know I am losing muscle also even when I lift weights I don't seem to notice a differance. I don't really need to or want to gain muscle I would like to keep what I have so when I lose my weight i might see it along with my toes that will be great!!!
