Why don't you look at the meal planner right here? I'm sure you can find meals to fit your needs. But personally, I feel that 15g of fat per meal is a lot. Does your dietician mean with meals breakfast, lunch and dinner or are snacks included, too? That would bring your total up to 60g of fat per day. For my plan, that would be the top of my range. But I realize that it differs depending on how many calories you are allowed to eat every day.

Hi! My name is Latrice I have recently just start a weight loss program of 15 grams of fat per meal and 45-60 carbs per meal. I am finding it very stressful and challenging too follow this program but I have too give a try because my dietitian suggest I tried it. Does anyone have any suggests or advice on meal planing for lunch, dinner and snacks? How too crave those hunger pain?
