| Why don't you look at the meal planner right here? I'm sure you can find meals to fit your needs. But personally, I feel that 15g of fat per meal is a lot. Does your dietician mean with meals breakfast, lunch and dinner or are snacks included, too? That would bring your total up to 60g of fat per day. For my plan, that would be the top of my range. But I realize that it differs depending on how many calories you are allowed to eat every day.
