| Read the articale I have in my favorites, for deep calming breathing. I learned to breath this way in Tai chi and do it all the time, and not for the 10 mins suggested.

We all know we have to drink enough water. It's important to our progress. Take time during the day to just take in three or four deep cleansing breaths. We need that oxygen. It feels so good. Instantly you clear your mind and relax. Good breathing is every bit as important as water, and good food. Try it before you go into a negative behavior like stress snacking. Let's have a possitive Tuesday. It's the only one we'll have this week.
