| Looks like the Gators were too much. The SEC also took the ladies title too (Tennessee). I guess the oddest part of the March Madness was the fact Florida and Ohio St. played for the titles in both Basketball and Football this year. Guess both schools can consider that a great accomplishment!

Well guys, I gotta go with Florida. Looks like they've got too many weapons and Oden can get into foul trouble.
For the second time in 12 months, Ohio State will be beaten by Florida in a championship game.
Who would have thought this could happen!?

| I agree. My pick is that Georgetown will face Florida in the Championship, but if UCLA beats them I won't be that sad. My bracket died long ago except for Florida.

| If you didn't catch the highlights then do yourself a favor and head over to YouTube to see the last 45 seconds of the Division II championship from this Saturday. One of the best endings to any game that I have ever seen!

| Though my team is gone, KU, and the team I love to hate is gone, UNC, I must admit it has been a fun ride with three more games to go. Not sure who to really root for though. :-)

Russ - yeah. I looked at what I wrote and thought... Have I lost it! Florida and Vandy in the same breath!
Guess everything is coming around though -UNC is out, Kansas is out. Guess Florida and Ohio St. look to be the sure things, but these #2 seeds are not exactly cake walks either. This has been a really good tournament.

Don't worry, I'm sure that Gator love feeling will pass soon enough. Be more worried that you want Vandy to do well. I think you can only like Tennesee or Vandy. Liking both I think is a felony in the south.

| Three outstanding games last night. The Vols were unlucky to not put away OSUand OSU manages to escape one yet again. I'm really shocked to see Texas A&M eliminated.

| Tonight was lights out for my guys - Vols lost to Ohio St by 1. Not bad for a team picked to go to the NIT at mid-season though. Guess its up to Vandy or Florida - can't believe I am actually saying I hope Florida does well.

I have to say that the one conference with the most seeds is now down to one team (ACC). Guess it goes to show that when you play out of conference and you don't schedule the hard teams tournament time reveals the truth about your team!
I agree with the comments on UNLV. I thought Winthrop was going to make it too, but that slipper shattered into a thousand pieces. One thing for this year's games - no real blowouts.

| OK, Who forgot to tell UNLV that Cinderella didn't live in Sin City? While I'm happy that the Runnin rebs seem to be in form, it really does a number on my brackets. Oh well, I didn't have them stinking badgers going much farther in my bracket anyway.

| Hopefully UK can eliminate KU. As a Mizzou fan I cheer for anyone that plays the beakers. However, I am partial to the Wildcats since my college roommate was a big UK fan. Enjoy the games today.

Damn VCU is out! I really wanted them to be a Cinderella this year. They put up a great fight coming down from 19 and forcing the game into OT. Great day of basketball yesterday although I'm pretty pissed I missed the Ohio St./Xavier game (hate working weekends!). Xavier had the game in hand by the looks of it.
I wouldn't be the least bit suprised to see Oregon, Wisconsin and/or Memphis go down today. The game of the day is definately Kansas and Kentucky though.

| Well after the 3 OT games today and the other close games all of the higher seed teams better be on their game. My wife is UK fan so she'll be watching the Kentucky-Kansas game intensely. Only one game today that wasn't close was UNC vs. Mich St. - is it me or were there more fouls called on anyone within arms reach of Hansborough? Guess Winston-Salem is like home court for those guys. All of the games were great though.

| Today's matchups should be exciting. I am looking forward to UK v KU. I believe that the Wildcats are underrated. The beakers better play well, or they will be going home.

How about the Vols scoring over 100 today? Very impressive, especially when a lot of "experts" were picking against the Vols.
What a great game last night between VCU and Duke. I got the chance to watch most of it and was amazed at how many shots were in and out by VCU. The ball just didn't seem to roll in for them during long stretches during the game but they still managed to hang around with their tenacious defense. I love the way VCU plays D. All out full pressure with the focus on creating turnovers. With the way their team is built it works because they are undersized. They are also lethal from the three point line. It was great to see Duke go down in the first round. I wonder if VCU can be this year's George Mason?

So was everyone happy to see VCU beat Duke or was it just me? I liked Coach K's look when the kid from VCU sunk the shot with 1.8s left. Priceless!!!
