My motivation is two pictures (on my Spark Page) of myself from 2002. I was at 130 pounds and had been at that weight for 6 years.

They are an inspiration to me, because I KNOW I can and WILL look like that again. And the reason I know that...is because prior to being that weight, I was 60 pounds heavier. And I lost all the weight doing everything I`m doing this time.

I have a big problem with that, too. I don't even know where to find good motivational pictures. I don't read magazines and I don't really care about celebrities. I don't have any pictures of me at my goal weight either... so, for me that motivational picture just exists in my head at this time.

I'm still getting pics together for my vision board and may put a pic of me younger/thinner in a bikini in the middle LOL. I do have pics from magazines more of body parts so I can imagine my face --one in particular is a woman's torso, backside and legs where I know I can achieve the same proportions.

Some people take a pic of someone else from a magazine and cut out and paste their face over the person's face. That is a good thing to do if you don't have a pic of yourself at goal weight.

If you search SP for visual motivator or vision board you should find an article on how to create one. good luck

I wish I had pictures of myself when I was healthier. I have three that I wouldn't post if I were offered a million....actually $50 bucks would do it.

I use pictures of myself at a healthier weight, as well as pictures of other people (including celebs, like sara ramirez and america ferrera) who I think are good role models of health and wellness.

Recently, I've just been downloading or bookmarking pictures from the net, and putting pictures of myself around my house. I found one of my FAVOURITE pictures of myself from my goal weight (my HS grad weight) and put that on my fridge. That's a BIG motivator!

what kind of pictures are they?
Pics of yourself in college (or whenever you were in the best shape)?
Pics of other people you want to look like?
Something else?

And what do you do with them after you collect them. This is my only FastBreak goal that I'm not being consitent with. I've collected some pics of myself when I was in college and drum corps, but I don't know what to do with these pics. So they are in a drawer in my desk. Not exactly motivating. So tell me how you are doing this.
