| my body doesn't care as long as I don't go over my caloric intake...its sort of like a car it doesn't care what time you put the fuel in as long as it isn't overflowing.

| This is a tricky topic. I read somewhere that Oprah lost all her weight because she doesnt eat after 7pm. I have troubble with this because if I havent eaten alot all day, I eat to make up later at night. I think that its just a matter of not eating more than you can digest at once and not eating more than you can metabolize or digest before you sleep. Not alot of help I know but I have troubble with it too.

| I eat what feels right at anygiven meal. I need to eat a decent size breakfast or I find I'm pretty hungry the rest of the day.

Its best to have 400-500 calories for breakfast to jusp start your metabolism in the morning.
The rest is up to you, either a big lunch and small dinner or medium and medium or small lunch and big dinner.

I read a few random articles that state that when you eat is just as important as what you eat. I tend to eat more earlier in the day because it leaves more time for me to burn off the calories. But is it healthy to have eaten 1000 calories after breakfast and lunch? Is time really a factor?
