All theses things are great..and i even use them... but nothing seems to help. ..I walk and think of food..I work a nd think of food. I am going to just stop taking the darn pill. There must be something else out there that can do the same thing

Luckily there are the 100 calorie packets of snacks now I find those really helpful unless I am over my limit. Sometimes when I get a craving for cream cheese poppers I veg out on carrots or celery.

| Chin up! When the cravings hit, go to the computer, log on and talk to a sparker! I find when I really want something sweet, I can exercise or do SOMETHING to get my mind off of it. Even 5 minutes of exercise can make you feel resolved enough to fight the craving. If all else fails, try a few Hershey's kisses to get you through it!

I am really bummed. My doctor prescribed a medicine for my arthritis, to help me sleep at night. Works great but the number one side effect is that it makes you crave sweets. Just what I don't need! Grrrrrrr
