| I agree on the B-12...it does turn the urine a bright yellow.

| I know that certain foods have this effect.

| I don't know about a by-product of burning fat, but I do know that if I take a supplement of B12, my urine is bright yellow. So are you eating a lot of foods that have B12 in it?

Hey guys,
Not sure if anyone has any ideas on this but....I'm exercising, drinking tons of water (and I mean TONS), and watching my diet. I've been doing this for a couple weeks now and I noticed a few days ago that my urine is a pretty bright yellow color. I'm not taking any supplements and I'm not dehydrated. Could this be a byproduct of burning fat????
