| I use them in everything, baking, French toast, etc. as well as eating them as scrambled eggs.

| I've used Egg Beaters for lots of recipes and for scrambled eggs. I've never had to whip them before adding them to the recipe. Just mix them in as you would with regular eggs.

| You can also use egg beaters in the microwave to have scrambled eggs on the go!

| did you whip the egg substitute before adding it? i dont know if it would help or not, but it should make it a bit more fluffy.

I have been using egg beaters exclusively since last summer. I haven't had any trouble with anything not working. We don't notice any difference in the taste either. I read the same measurement as already mentioned. 1/4 cup = one egg

| My recipe turned out pretty well. It seemed to not rise as much as when I made it with regular eggs the last time, but I don't remember exactly and could be completely wrong.

| Nope ... you just use them like you would eggs ... I believe 1/4 cup EggBeaters = 1 egg, so you'd need 1.5 cups for this recipe ... but double check on the package to be sure.

| I would like to try an egg casserole recipe using Egg Beaters in place of regular eggs. Does anyone know if I need to do anything else differently, other than replacing the eggs? The recipe calls for 6 beaten eggs, 6 slices cubed bread, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 lb cooked bacon, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry mustard.
